This declaration is made in accordance with Article 14 in conjunction with Annex 3 of the Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSG), which applies to digital services provided by private companies from 28 June 2026.

2. General description of the service

Fluxcreidi operates an online-only credit brokerage platform where consumers can submit non-binding loan applications – free of charge and without prior SCHUFA check. It is available on computers, tablets and smartphones. To reduce barriers to entry, the OneTap plugin has been implemented, which allows for customized display options.

3. User Guide and Support Features

– Full control over all aspects of navigation and form from the keyboard

– Visible focus indicator according to WCAG 2.2 2.4.11 etc. w3.org

– Marked forms (ARIA and label codes), understandable error messages

– Responsive layout, freely scalable font, high color contrast

– Subtitles, audio descriptions and transcripts of multimedia content

– Personal assistance upon request by phone or video call

4. Compatibility status

Following the last review on 1 June 2026, the website largely complies with the harmonised standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021) and the existing WCAG 2.2 success criteria, at conformance level AA.

Compatible with: all HTML pages, navigation structures, web forms

Not yet fully compatible: some PDFs downloaded before November 1, 2024 (missing tag structure). Some image elements lack content-related functionality for screen formatting. Accessibility will be redefined gradually as part of the review.

5. Test procedure

– Automated testing with Google PageSpeed ​​​​​​​​Insights

– Manual expert checks based on the BFSG/WCAG checklist.

A full reassessment is carried out at least once a year and after major spills.

6. Continuous improvement

Recommendations from Google PageSpeed ​​​​​​Insights are continuously integrated into code optimizations.
