The processing and preparation of the offer is free of charge for me. Even if it is rejected, I will not be charged any costs.

I authorize the financial brokerage company/financial communication agency to forward the application to the banks and brokers of my choice in order to obtain the requested loan or alternative solution. If the loan is approved, I will receive a free offer containing all the necessary conditions. I am free to decide on this offer. If the loan I prefer is not available without SCHUFA, we agree that the banks have the right to obtain information to the extent necessary to protect their legitimate interests (in individual cases after assessing the legitimate interests), in particular by requesting it from SCHUFAHolding AG, Viale Vincenzo Lancetti, 23, 20158 Milan, Italy. In this regard, I release Fluxcreidi from banking confidentiality. I also agree that Fluxcreidi may forward my personal data from SCHUFA to the financial brokerage company and its employees for inspection. The information from SCHUFA may also be made available to any co-applicant for the loan. I also give my consent to the financial brokerage company to clarify any discrepancies between the Schufa report and my information with the bank.

As part of the order submitted, the application is forwarded to partners with the aim of obtaining the requested loan. FLUXCREIDI first verifies which partner offers the best options and conditions to achieve the best result for the loan requested by the customer. If the requested offer cannot be obtained or if the customer's needs change, FLUXCREIDI may assign another partner in individual cases. The customer will also be informed of this.

Consumer Arbitration Commission
FLUXCREIDI does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before the Consumer Arbitration Commission.
